MOSCOW, Aug 30 (PRIME) -- The net profit of Russian real estate developer PIK Group quadrupled on the year to 69.4 billion rubles in January–June from 18 billion rubles in the same period in 2020, as calculated under International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), the company said on Monday.
Revenue increased by 37% to 189.3 billion rubles.
Earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization (EBITDA) tripled to 91.9 billion rubles.
